If I wanted to work bankers’ hours, I would work at a bank. But I’m a journalist. And journalists work until the stories are told – until the papers are published, until the broadcast has aired, and in this day and age we work 24/7 to keep the world up to date.
I’ve been called a coffee snob. I accept and own this characterization because I simply LOVE coffee, more specifically my morning cup of java. One cup every day, and I like it strong: two shots of espresso with hot milk. Also, most days I have breakfast with my husband at home. That’s how my day starts, and it makes me happy.
